🥩Crock Pot Chuck Roast with Gravy (A Busy Week Family Favorite)

There are weeks when life feels like it’s moving at full speed—and this has definitely been one of those weeks for us.

Between county fair preparations, a speech competition, and showing Bertie (our registered Hereford heifer 🐄), we’ve been burning the candle at both ends for several weeks straight.

So tonight, we did something intentional…

We hit pause.

No rushing. No chaos. Just a simple, flavor-packed supper with the whole family gathered around the table.

And honestly? Those are the meals that matter most.

❤️ Why This Roast is a Go-To in Our Home

Roast was an easy decision.

It’s one of those meals that:

• Practically cooks itself 🙌
• Feels like comfort in a pot
• Feeds a crowd (or leaves the best leftovers!)

And this one is extra special—because a sweet friend gifted us a couple of roasts knowing how much my Burgan guys love them. That alone makes it taste even better.
